Aman, the globally renowned luxury hospitality brand, is set to make its Bahamian debut with Amancaya— a $260 million ultra-luxury resort and residence development in the heart of the Exuma. This marks Aman’s third Caribbean property, following Amanera in the Dominican Republic and Amanyara in Turks & Caicos.

Amancaya: A New Benchmark in Bahamian Luxury

Set across two secluded private cays — Children’s Bay Cay and Williams Cay —  Amancaya will span approximately 400 acres of pristine land and turquoise waters. The resort will feature 36 pavilions and a limited collection of fully serviced Aman Residences, offering three- to five-bedroom configurations designed for privacy and serenity.

Amenities will include an expansive Aman Spa, a Beach Club, a marina, and a variety of dining venues spread across the two islands. The development is being realized in partnership with Swiss investor and philanthropist Dona Bertarelli and Squircle Capital.



Sustainability and Community Engagement

Amancaya is committed to environmental sustainability, aligning with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals and aiming for LEED certification. The project is expected to create over 500 jobs: 200 during construction and 300 permanent positions,while supporting local entrepreneurs and fostering long-term economic growth in Exuma.
